The Valle Tavern Farmhouse hosts a unique dinner dining experience in combination with offerings from the speakeasy bar. The velvety cushions and vintage photography will welcome you while get a pre-dinner drink. Dinner is a plated three course meal that changes nightly.

The Barnyard: Outdoor Music Venue Near Boone, NC

The Barnyard is an outdoor music venue with draft beer on tap, wine, carefully curated snacks, DIY charcuterie, yard games, picnic tables, farm animals to pet, river access, and plenty of space for the whole family. The Barnyard is a beautiful space that is perfect for families with kids. Let them play in the river, pet the horses, goats, and donkey, throw cornhole…all while you relax with quality snacks and beverages.

Friday, July 5th | $28 + $6 for dessert

Appetizer: Feta and watermelon salad with red onion, blackberry, cucumber, mint, and a citrus balsamic 

Entree: Mushroom stewed pot roast with mashed potatoes, creamed corn, and bacon roasted green beans

Dessert: Strawberry shortcake with vanilla whipped cream



Saturday, July 6th | $38 + $7 for dessert

Appetizer: Heirloom tomato caprese salad with fresh mozzarella, basil, and balsamic reduction 

Entree: Blackened steelhead trout served with dill and lemon mashed potatoes, cream of spinach and finished with a piquillo pepper emulsion

Dessert: Banana and walnut pound cake with a peanut custard and toasted coconut

Appetizer: Mixed green salad, bacon, cheddar, cherry tomatoes, red onion, house-made buttermilk ranch 

Entree: Country fried steak with brown gravy, glazed brussels sprouts, and potato salad

Appetizer: Baby kale salad with, candied walnuts, blue cheese, bacon lardons, pickled beets and balsamic molasses reduction

Entree: Chicken parmesan served over asparagus and roasted yellow squash

Appetizer: Smoked salmon and cream cheese stuffed jalapeno wrapped in bacon and served over baby arugula with a balsamic drizzle 

Entree: 14oz blackened ribeye served over roasted potatoes and onions then smothered in a beef and mushroom gravy

Dessert: Blackberry cobbler crisp served with whipped cream



Saturday, July 20th | $39 + $7 for dessert

Appetizer: Baby arugula panzanella salad with capers, heirloom tomatoes, red onion, feta cheese, chopped dill, and fresh citrus balsamic 

Entree: Rosemary and sage cured pork chop with sweet and sour green beans and herb smashed potatoes

Dessert: Orange divine creamsicle cheesecake

Appetizer: Cucumber and tomato panzanella salad with red onion, capers, and arugula 

Entree: Pecan crusted rainbow trout, roasted asparagus, and whipped potatoes with a citrus beurre blanc

Dessert: Strawberry Rhubarb cobbler with vanilla whipped cream



Friday, July 26th | $38 + $7 for dessert

Appetizer: Cobb salad with a house-made buttermilk ranch dressing 

Entree: Blackened pork chop, roasted collard greens, & herb roasted fingerling potatoes

Dessert: Double chocolate cake with fresh strawberries and vanilla whipped cream



Saturday, July 27th | $46 + $5 for dessert

Appetizer: Lump crab cakes with pimento goat cheese and baby arugula

Entree: Pan seared rib-eye with herb smashed potatoes, roasted broccoli and a pepper corn reduction

Dessert: Dulce de leche cheesecake with almond infused whipped cream



You don’t have to be newlyweds to enjoy the Mast Farm Inn service and dinners. We love catering private events for any special occasion.  Our Romantic lodging is available but not required.

We are keeping it simple. Your room rental, waitstaff labor, dishes, non-alcoholic beverages, and tablescapes.
