The Valle Tavern Farmhouse hosts a unique dinner dining experience in combination with offerings from the speakeasy bar. The velvety cushions and vintage photography will welcome you while get a pre-dinner drink. Dinner is a plated three course meal that changes nightly.

Friday, December 1st

Appetizer: Pan seared crab cake over a petite arugula salad with lemon thyme aioli 

Plat du Jour: Beef bolognase 

Dessert: Angel food cake with a lemon blueberry compote

 

Saturday, December 2nd

Appetizer: Roasted beet salad with goat cheese, arugula, strawberries, and rosemary breadcrumbs 

Plat du Jour: Miso-glazed salmon served with mushroom farro risotto, baby bok choy, and a yellow french curry sauce

Dessert: Chocolate cheesecake with berries and cream

 

Friday, December 8th 

Appetizer: Ahi tuna nachos topped with peanut butter asian slaw, eel sauce, wasabi aioli, and cilantro 

Plat du Jour: Korean braised beef short ribs glazed with Korean barbeque sauce over Asian orzo salad and honey-glazed, pickled baby carrots

Dessert: Bourbon bread pudding topped with vanilla ice cream and miso caramel drizzle

 

Saturday, December 9th 

Appetizer: Arancini- a fried risotto ball filled with mozzarella and prosciutto served over a bed of marinara sauce

Plat du Jour: Crab-stuffed, prosciutto-wrapped black cod with a lemon basil beurre blanc served with French-style green beans and creamy herbed polenta

Dessert: Tiramisu 

 

Friday, December 15th

Appetizer: Smoked gouda pimento cheese with housemade wheat thins 

Plat du Jour: Pan-seared chicken breast with peanut gravy served with Carolina Gold rice and a mint + parsley salad

Dessert: Buttermilk pie 

 

Saturday, December 16th

Appetizer: Chicken wings in a burnt scallion barbeque sauce

Plat du Jour: Cornmeal crusted trout with dijon brown butter over collard greens and smashed red potatoes 

Dessert: Sweet potato doughnuts with bourbon caramel

Appetizer: Salad frisee with a warm bacon vinaigrette

Plat du Jour: Steamed mussels and clams over fettuccine tossed in white wine and butter sauce 

Dessert: Vanilla bean creme brulee

Appetizer: Spinach and artichoke dip with crostini

Plat du Jour: Red wine braised pork osso bucco with braising jus and gremolata, served over creamy polenta with roasted baby carrots

Dessert: Chocolate mousse served with raspberry sorbet and whipped cream

Appetizer: Caesar salad with croutons and shredded parmesan

Plat du Jour: Herb-marinated hanger steak with a rosemary demiglaze and fried shallots, served over garlic whipped potatoes and roasted asparagus

Appetizer: Butternut squash bisque with nutmeg + whipped cream

Plat du Jour: Pan-seared, sweet tea marinated bone-in pork chop with apple chutney served over herbed goat cheese polenta and French-style green beans

Valle Tavern Barnyard

CLOSED OCTOBER 31 FOR THE SEASON

The Valle Tavern Barnyard is an outdoor venue with beers on tap, draft, wine, carefully curated snacks, DIY charcuterie, yard games, picnic tables, horses to pet, river access, and plenty of space for the whole family. The Barnyard is a beautiful space that is perfect for families with kids. Let them play in the river, pet the horses, throw cornhole, while you relax with quality snacks and beverages. Live music every Friday evening.

You don’t have to be newlyweds to enjoy the Mast Farm Inn service and dinners. We love catering private events for any special occasion.  Our Romantic lodging is available but not required.

We are keeping it simple. Your room rental, waitstaff labor, dishes, non-alcoholic beverages, and tablescapes.
