• This special teacher’s rate is available throughout the year at all times to any teacher currently teaching full time in Pre-K, Kindergarten, Elementary, Middle, High School, College, Masters or PhD programs. Sorry, it is not available to school staff, administrators, counselors, assistants, part-time teachers, workshop or seminar leaders, online educators, retired teachers or parents who home-school.
• Weekdays are bookable online using the codes above.

This sublime special is reserved exclusively for Brides & Grooms who were married at The Mast Farm Inn any time after January 2006 and who are returning to celebrate a wedding anniversary here. We do a great number of weddings every year and it’s always a treat for us to see couples who were married here again.

Why only for couples married after January 2006? We did not own the Inn until then and have no way to know. If you were married here any time before that and have some way to confirm that for us we will be glad to include you as well.

If you are a senior citizen, you have come a long way baby, and we think you deserve a special “graduated from pampers to pampering” package rate. All in all, a pretty phenomenal bargain, as you will see below. This special rate is available for any available room, cottage or cabin. If you’re looking for our best possible rates at all times, you have arrived!

Of course, there is always a “catch” also known euphemistically as “The Terms & Conditions”, which in business are best when equitable for everyone. Remain Calm and Read On! It’s still a doozy of a deal! In this case, the catch is that the Senior Rate is exclusively for weekday stays.

Retired? No problem! In other words, you would need to check in for a two night stay on a Sunday, Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday with latest check-out on Friday morning.

Everyone in the party has to be over 65 years of age. Both Mature? No Problem!

Only Travel Holidays? Problem! No can do on our side, as we do need to pay ye olde bills, and that would be what we gentle rural folk in the Inn business call “The Golden Days”. This is a pretty good deal, so obviously there are a few conditions and terms that you can see below, but which should work just fine for most folks married less than a hundred years. • At the risk of overstating the obvious, you must be married & come with your current spouse, no former or future spouses. You’d be surprised at how some very creative folks can transform our specials!
• You reserve a minimum of two nights for lodging taking place within the month of your wedding anniversary. Two nights, you can do it!
• Proof of purchase required. You will need to present a copy of your wedding certificate. In other words, we will need to verify you ain’t fibbin’ for a discount.
• Reservations can be made no earlier than 14 days prior to your arrival date. So, you can plan early, but only reserve at 14 days or less preceding your scheduled date of arrival. If we are giving it away, we do need to let full price clients have first pick of the rooms, cottages and cabins they desire. Sounds fair?
• This special is available at any time except for the months of July & October. For those of you with anniversaries in July or October, you can use the special when staying with us the month before or the month after your actual anniversary. It is also not available for lodging reservations falling within five days of a national holiday, or special occasion holidays such as Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Valentine’s, Christmas, New Years, and other legal or social holidays. Those dates have their own specials and packages.
• Based on double occupancy, for spouses only.
• This offer cannot be combined with other special discounts, offers, packages, promotions, gift certificates or packages. For example, just sayin, if you bought a gift certificate already reduced by 50% and want to use to pay for this, and you have been married for 60 years, we may actually end up having to pay you to come stay with us, No Can Do Buttercup. Well… we do know we can make those types of jokes here, because if you have been married a reasonable amount of time, you obviously have a sense of humor.
