The James Beard Foundation has announced the 2013 restaurant and chef semifinalists for the 2013 James Beard Foundation Awards and thirteen North Carolina Chefs, Restaurants, Wine, Spirits, and Beer Professionals figure prominently.
Among numerous distinctions and awards, Andrew Rigney received 2nd place at The Merlefest Doc Watson Guitar Championship in 2011, and Grant Rigney 1st Place in the Masters Division at The Alabama State Fiddle Championship in 2012.
