Chipotle, Back to the Start

Coldplay’s haunting classic ”The Scientist” is performed by country music legend Willie Nelson for the soundtrack of the short film entitled, ”Back to the Start.” Both the film and the soundtrack were commissioned by Chipotle to emphasize the importance of developing a sustainable food system.

Inn guests, their guests, and diners not lodging at The Inn are welcome for regular diner service. We also hosts numerous private celebrations, parties and events throughout they year. Lunch
You can choose from a great number of options for lunch in the immediate area around the Inn and close by. We can also provide you a lunch picnic basket if you let us know you will be needing one, for what days and times, within 3 days of check-in.
